The complete path

Four moments, one single file

Each of these modules works on its own. Together, they stop information getting lost between two stages of the path.

Onboarding and departure

Preboarding and onboarding driven by task lists, with the same guarantees when someone leaves. Nothing depends on the memory of the person welcoming them.

  • Task lists for each stage of the path
  • Equipment and access tracked
  • Status updated automatically on the scheduled dates

Reviews and appraisals

Configurable campaigns, several reviewers on the same step, a signed final approval and a personal space for the employee.

  • Standard “Career Path” templates included
  • Final approval that locks the answers
  • “My reviews” page sorted by urgency

Skills

Skills mapping built on job descriptions, a shared evaluation guide, and a view of the gap between the job and actual skills.

  • Grouping by skill family
  • Comparison of skills and the job held
  • History and progress shown in a chart

Training and mandatory certifications

A skills development plan fed by reviews, a catalogue open to employees, and mandatory certifications tracked by job.

  • Needs fed directly from reviews
  • Certification matrix as a standard report
  • Immediate and delayed evaluations

Quality of work life

Ask questions regularly rather than once a year, and have a basis for comparison from one campaign to the next.

  • Configurable questionnaires
  • Results comparable over time
  • Results by team or by site

Pay

History of pay components, review campaigns, and transparency for employees on how their pay is made up.

  • History of fixed pay, variable pay and bonuses
  • Salary review campaigns
  • Annual package visible to the employee
Why connect them

The value is not in the modules, it is in the links between them

Reviews feed training

  • Training and reviews in the same employee file
  • From the catalogue or as free text
  • No re-entry between the two modules

Training feeds skills

  • A delayed evaluation measures what stuck
  • The level is updated after the session
  • The gap with the job visibly narrows

Skills feed decisions

  • Train internally or recruit
  • Identify who can take on a job that opens up
  • Focus the budget on the gaps that matter
What everyone gains

The employee

Their immediate and delayed evaluations, and their progress in a chart

The manager

Frequently asked questions

More about talent management

Do you have to take all the modules?
No. Each one works independently and is activated at current prices. Many of our customers start with reviews or training, then add skills once they have found their rhythm.
Which one should you start with?
Most often with reviews, because it is the moment that already exists in the company and naturally feeds the other modules. Training needs and skills evaluation build on it without creating extra workload.
What happens when an employee leaves?
The departure path follows the same logic as onboarding, with its task lists: return of equipment, closure of access, exit interview. The status is updated automatically on the scheduled date.
